• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• Customized, energized, personalized, or made-to-order products cannot be returned.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product and packaging.
